PITTSBURGH — Drivers can expect lane restrictions in the West End Circle on Monday.
PennDOT said the inspections will occur on several structures at the southern end of the West End Bridge from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Single-lane restrictions will occur.
PennDOT asks drivers to use caution in the area.
