PITTSBURGH — Channel 11 News has learned that McAnnulty Elementary School in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District was evacuated Tuesday morning because of a phoned-in threat.
District officials said students were moved to Whitehall Elementary School, and all children are safe and accounted for.

Any parent or guardian who would like to pick his or her child up can do so at the main entrance at Whitehall Elementary School.

Dear Parents,
McAnnulty Elementary School was evacuated today due to a phoned in threat. Students have been transported to Whitehall Elementary School and all children are safe and accounted for. Any parent or guardian wishing to pick up his or her child should report to the main entrance at Whitehall Elementary School. Parents or guardians must have photo identification. Children will only be released to approved emergency contacts.Again, all children are safe and accounted for. Additional information will be provided later this afternoon regarding dismissal.
