The Cincinnati Bengals and their dangerous passing game come to Acrisure Stadium on Sunday, providing a tough test for the Pittsburgh Steelers’ secondary.
According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, it doesn’t look like standout cornerback Joey Porter Jr., who’s will take the field on Sunday against the Bengals, “but he is trending in the right direction to be back on the field soon — with a trade still a possibility,” Pelissero wrote Saturday morning on X.
Porter was listed on the Steelers’ injury report, tagged with conditioning, this week, and was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. He talked about facing Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on Thursday.
