KITTANNING, Pa. — A Kittanning man is facing charges after police said he assaulted two teenage girls in a wooded area over the weekend.
Police said 23-year-old Justin Hooks met one of the teens on Facebook. Police said the 16-year-old and her 15-year-old friend met Hooks on Friday and went camping with him near Washington Township.
The girls told police that Hooks gave them alcohol and sexually assaulted them.
Police said the girls used a cellphone to call a friend, who then alerted police.
