PETERS TOWNSHIP — Drivers on Route 19 in Peters Township might notice a giant hole located in the middle of the Pleasant View Shopping Plaza.
The hole appears to have developed after part of the earth collapsed due to some erosion that came out of a storm pipe.
The parking lot is stable at the moment but crews are working to make sure it stays that way.
Firefighters say that these holes are not uncommon and can typically be repaired quickly.
