WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Three people, including a lawmaker, are facing charges stemming from an alleged road rage incident in Westmoreland County.
According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at the Norwin Star, David Herold threatened two people who were in a car that cut off a car being driven by his son.
Herold is a commissioner in North Huntingdon.
Police said the two people in the other car are charged with simple assault for allegedly trying to punch Herold’s son.
