SHARPSBURG, Pa. — Sharpsburg police have arrested a Lawrenceville man after a traffic stop yielded 10 bags of suspected heroin.
Max Buriak, 34, was arrested Monday afternoon during a surveillance detail for drug activity. Police said he’s in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting a July 8th preliminary hearing.

This isn’t the first time Buriak has been in trouble with the law.
Records show there were two outstanding felony warrants out of Frazier Township and Upper St. Clair for Buriak accusing him of felony retail theft.
He is also currently awaiting trial for another felony retail theft from Bethel Park.
His bond was set at $500,000.
