SHALER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A crash left a mess in Shaler Township on Sunday.
Emergency crews were called to the 2000 block of Mount Royal Boulevard around 12:25 p.m., according to the Bauerstown Volunteer Fire Department.
The department shared photos on social media of at least three damaged vehicles in the roadway.
A person had to be rescued from one of the vehicles, firefighters say. Medics took them to the hospital.
Mount Royal Boulevard was closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
