PITTSBURGH — A Lower Burrell man is suing the Rivers Casino because he said more should have been done to prevent him from being attacked on the casino floor.
According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE, Randall Ryan said he was beaten up on the casino floor in January by Steven Smith.
Ryan claims Rivers employees continued to serve alcoholic drinks to Smith even after he was visibly drunk.
Ryan said Smith punched him in the face after he refused to buy him a drink.
