PITTSBURGH — Country music singer Luke Bryan will return to the Pittsburgh-area this summer with his “Kick the Dust Up Tour.”
The concert will take place on Niagara Pavilion for two nights, Friday, July 31 and Saturday, Aug. 1, with special guests Randy Houser and Dustin Lynch.
Last summer, Bryan headlined a concert at Heinz Field. Thirty-seven people were issued non-traffic citations, and at least seven people were arrested on charges ranging from aggravated assault to public intoxication during the tailgate before that concert, according to Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Sonya Toler.
Fans looking to attend the concert at First Niagara Pavilion can begin to do so on Jan. 30 in select cities as part of Live Nation's Country Megaticket at www.Megaticket.com.
Ticket buyers can also check www.lukebryanlive.com to enter to win fly-away promotions to stadium shows in other cities. Citi card members will have access to presale tickets at www.citiprivatepass.com.
Individual tickets will go on sale at a later date. So far, the Megaticket also includes three other Pavilion shows with unreleased dates: Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum and Dierks Bentley.
Bryan's tour begins May 8 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. His seventh Spring Break album, "Spring Break…Checkin' Out," will be released March 10.
