POINT MARION, Pa. — A man accused of robbing a bank in Fayette County was arrested early Tuesday morning.
Stephen Gaza, 46, is facing charges of robbery and terroristic threats.
Police said that Gaza entered the United Bank on Penn Street in Point Marion Borough at around 11 a.m.
Gaza allegedly then passed a note to a teller demanding money and indicated that he had a gun.
An initial description released by state police said that Gaza was wearing a black Steelers baseball hat.
No one was hurt during the incident.
Gaza was taken into custody early Tuesday morning by troopers inside a home in Ronco following an “extensive investigation,” state police said.
