GREENSBURG, Pa. — A man is facing charges after an incident along the Five Star Trail in Greensburg.
Police were sent to Clark Street near the trail’s tunnel Sunday. According to the criminal complaint, a person could be heard on a 911 call saying, “he has a gun.”
Two people, a male and female, told police that they’d invited 21-year-old Xavier Ivey to hang out with them earlier.
After a couple of hours, Ivey and the female got into an argument. When the male tried to intervene, Ivey allegedly pulled out a gun and told them, “Do not move.”
The two wrestled the gun away from Ivey, who ran off, records say.
Greensburg police arrested Ivey, who’s charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
