According to the criminal complaint, three witnesses came forward: two identified the car Strayhorn was allegedly driving, and a third identified him as the alleged shooter.
Strayhorn was on house arrest and was wearing an ankle monitor that recorded his every move at the time of the shooting, the criminal complaint said. Police said the device showed him being at the scene of the shooting.
Prior to Friday's filings, Strayhorn was already facing an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge in connection with Nolen's death.
