PITTSBURGH — A man is facing charges after shots were fired in Downtown Pittsburgh early Thursday morning.
Officers were called to the intersection of 7th Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard in the Central Business District at around 4:10 a.m.
Six shell casings were found at the scene.
Using city cameras, police said they were able to find and arrest the suspect in the 600 block of Commonwealth Place.
Donovan Villarial, 29, of Seward, is charged with discharging a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, and recklessly endangering another.
He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
