DUQUESNE, Pa. — A man was found shot and killed in Duquesne overnight.
In an email, Allegheny County Police Department officials said officers were called to a home on South Sixth Street around 1:32 a.m. Sunday for “unknown trouble.”
Once they got on scene, officers found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
Police say a woman was detained on scene. She was later identified as 51-year-old Diane Hopkins and charged with criminal homicide.
Hopkins is being held at the Allegheny County Jail pending preliminary arraignment.
