Man injured in Clearview Mall shooting arrested on multiple charges

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. — One of the men injured in a shooting at Clearview Mall in Butler County has been arrested on multiple charges, including terroristic threats.

Damian Blystone, 19, who was shot in the head during the incident, turned himself into police and has been arraigned.

Blystone is being charged for the following charges: terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of firearm prohibited, possession of small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

These charges are all in connection to the shooting.

Blystone is currently lodged in the Butler County Jail.
