PITTSBURGH — State police said alcohol may be to blame in a crash that claimed the life of a 31-year-old Indianola man over the weekend.

Investigators said Matthew Eiseman was driving north on Route 28 early Sunday morning when his car collided head-on with another vehicle in O'Hara Township.

State police said 62-year-old James Hanion was driving the wrong way in the northbound lanes when the crash happened.

Two other people were hurt in the crash. There is no word on their names and conditions.

Eiseman's family said he was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. They also said he had a big heart and will be sorely missed.

The Allegheny County District Attorney's office is investigating.
