HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Harrison Township police have issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Myles Gould following a series of thefts from vehicles earlier this week. Authorities are also asking for the public’s help to identify a second male suspect involved in the incidents.
The thefts took place between 9 p.m. Sept. 20 and 4 a.m. Sept. 21. Incident locations included Warner Alley near Allegheny Valley Hospital and 10th Avenue in the Ducktown section of Harrison Township. Police said the suspects targeted unlocked vehicles, as none of the cars showed signs of forced entry.
Gould has connections to Sheldon Park in Harrison Township. On Sept. 23, officers executed a search warrant at several locations frequented by one of the suspects. During the search, police recovered stolen property originating from a neighboring community. Authorities said additional individuals will likely face charges as well.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the unidentified male accomplice to contact officers at 412-473-3056. Residents who have personal surveillance footage from the affected areas or who noticed suspicious activity during the overnight hours can report information by phone or online. Tips can be submitted through the Harrison Township website by navigating to the police page and selecting the “SUBMIT A TIP” option.
Police recommend that residents keep vehicles, bicycles and sheds locked when unattended and ask the public to report any suspicious activity as it occurs.
