PITTSBURGH — A break-in at a home in Pittsburgh left a man injured Sunday.
Police were called to the 2000 block of Arlington Avenue in Arlington just before 1:30 p.m. for a reported shooting and a person who’d been hit, according to the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department.
Officers arrived to find a man who’d been grazed in the head by a bullet.
The man was able to talk with medics, who took him to an area hospital. Though originally listed in critical condition, he’s now stabilized, officials say.
Reportedly, two men kicked in the front door of the home and fled afterward.
Officials did not specify whether the victim was familiar with the man, how many shots were fired or who fired them.
Detectives processed evidence at the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing.
