MCKEESPORT, Pa. — The McKeesport Housing Authority is asking for help identifying a man who was caught on video throwing kittens.
Officials said the man grabbed the two kittens out of his trunk and threw them at one of their buildings.
Specific details on where the incident happened have not been released at this time.
