A private-equity backed Pittsburgh-area company continues to expand its footprint via acquisition.
Motion & Control Enterprises has purchased Salentine Pump & Equipment, based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Zelienople, about 29 miles north of Pittsburgh, MCE is an industrial distributor and services provider
Salentine, founded in 1980, distributes highly engineered pumps, parts and repair solutions, serving end-user customers across multiple industry sectors including food and beverage, personal care, agricultural and general industrial markets in Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota.
