DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Westmoreland County man, already facing charges of videotaping a 4-year-old girl dancing in his basement, is facing more charges.

Channel 11’s Joe Holden reported that Thomas Deglau waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday. The District Attorney said an additional victim was discovered, and newly filed charges allege Deglau molested a baby.

Earlier this month, a federal grand jury indicted 55-year-old Deglau on six counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

State police charged Deglau, of Derry Township, in January with five crimes including child pornography and aggravated indecent assault.

Deglau's wife, Sandra, reported the incident to Latrobe police and turned over the videotapes of the girl. Sandra Deglau told police that her husband wasn't wearing pants or underwear when he recorded the girl.
