Online campaign raising money for children of parents killed in Crafton murder-suicide

CRAFTON, Pa. — An online campaign has been established to financially assist the children of a Crafton couple killed in a murder-suicide Wednesday.

Officials said mother of three young girls, Amy Gorsuch, 40, was slain before Richard Gorsuch took his own life.

Allegheny County Police Assistant Superintendent James Morton didn't immediately release details of how they were killed, but said their bodies were found by the woman's father Wednesday morning.

Donations have already begun to pour in. If you'd like to help, visit gofundme.com.

The webpage, created by Jacyln Holmes, states: “With the news of this terrible tragedy shocking all of us in the community I thought what can I do?  Cheyan, Hunter, and Tanner are three wonderful girls who have the biggest hearts and are so full of life. Although money cannot bring their parents back it will help with their families keeping them together and continuing to raise them into the amazing girls they already are. Please donate whatever you can to help these girls and their family with their hardships. Thank you!”
