VERONA, Pa. — An elderly man and his two passengers were taken to a hospital Tuesday afternoon after his out-of-control vehicle struck four vehicles and a building in Verona, according to Channel 11's news partners at the Valley News Dispatch.
Police told the Valley News Dispatch that the driver exited the Giant Eagle at about 3 p.m. and traveled in the wrong direction on one-way Jones Street. He struck two cars, careened on to Allegheny River Boulevard and hit two more cars before slamming into T.E. Automotive at Allegheny River Boulevard and Wildwood Avenue.

The Valley News Dispatch reported that the driver may have suffered a medical emergency.
His condition and the condition of his two passengers, all thought to be in their 80s, was not immediately released.
