Hubish was charged in November 2021 after he stabbed his father, Arthur Hubish, and his aunt, Maria Puskarich.
Since he pleaded guilty, Hubish will serve life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder charges and one to two years for the simple assault conviction.
“While I can’t imagine the grief and pain this incident caused the relatives of the Hubish and Puskarich family, I hope this action today brings justice for them,” DA Ziccarelli said.
