Teachers in an Indiana County school district are on strike.
The Penns Manor Education Association said in a Facebook post negotiations with the Penns Manor Area School District reached an impasse.
The association said the strike could last two weeks.
According to the district, two major issues preventing an agreement are health care and the Early Retirement Incentive.
A letter about the strike posted on the district’s website can be found here.
