Pennsylvania could get $15M in drug price-fixing settlement. Check your eligibility

Pennsylvania could get about $15 million in a settlement over drug price-fixing.

Attorney General Dave Sunday says the state was part of a national coalition that sued Sandoz Inc. and its subsidiary Fougera.

They make generic prescription drugs, ranging from antibiotics and birth control to ADHD medication.

States accused the drug companies of artificially inflating prices and reducing competition.

You could be eligible for compensation if you bought a generic drug between May 2009 and December 2019.
