BRADY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A person is dead after a crash in Butler Township.
Pennsylvania State Police confirm a two-vehicle crash along Route 8 in Brady Township has resulted in a fatality.
PSP was unable to immediately provide any other information about the crash.
Our crew on scene could see a heavily damaged truck wrapped around a utility pole and wires down on the ground.
A neighbor we spoke to said the utility pole that was taken out is a known issue in the area because it obstructs the view off nearby Duffy Road onto Route 8.
According to PennDOT, Route 8 is closed in both directions between Centerville Park and Franklin Road. The closure is expected to last into the evening, at minimum.
