PITTSBURGH — A person is in critical condition after police say he was stabbed after a fight inside a South Side bar.
A Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson says officers on the South Side Entertainment Patrol found a person stabbed in the chest at the intersection of S 14th Street and E Carson Street just before midnight Friday.
The victim was taken to an area hospital and was last said to be in critical condition.
The spokesperson says information gathered so far indicates a fight broke out inside Capo’s. Investigators say they found “evidence of the incident” inside the bar. Police ordered everyone to evacuate the premises so they could secure and process the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. Police are working on interviewing witnesses and identifying suspects.
