ETNA, Pa. — A man is dead after a vehicle crashed into a creek in Etna on Monday evening, prompting a large response from first responders.

Allegheny County dispatchers said emergency crews were called to the area of Dewey Street and Crescent Street at 7:29 p.m.
Channel 11 saw a vehicle on its roof in Pine Creek. Crews were also working in the water.
One person was taken to a hospital from the scene, where they later died.
At around 8:45 p.m., the vehicle had been removed from the creek.
On Tuesday, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man killed as Hoang Truong, 46, of Lawrenceville.
