Severe Weather Team meteorologist Scott Harbaugh said that weather should stick around until at least Friday.

"This is an all hands on deck effort to fill potholes in our city streets before the next cold spell begins," said Peduto. "We have city crews working in shifts 24-hours a day to 'cold patch' potholes in every corner of the city, and we've activated City Parks and Recreation maintenance employees to assist."
