CLAIRTON, Pa. — Two men were arrested Sunday after police intercepted a shipment of heroin.
Officers from the Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, Elizabeth Borough, Clairton and Elizabeth Township recovered more than 1,000 bags and 20 bricks of heroin after a foot pursuit and traffic stop on Chambers Street.

Police said the drugs have an $8,000 street value.
A police dog also discovered two cell phones in a hidden compartment under the steering wheel of the vehicle.
Officers arrested 19-year-old Robert Webb of Latrobe and 18-year-old Jeimere Dehonney of Turtle Creek.
Both men were taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
