GREEN TREE, Pa. — UPDATE 3:55 p.m. - Pennsylvania State Police say a suspect has been taken into custody.
PennDOT says all lanes have been reopened.
Residual delays are expected to impact traffic through the rest of the afternoon.
There is no current threat to the public.

Part of the Parkway West is shut down in Allegheny County due to police activity.
According to PennDOT, I-376 eastbound is closed between the I-79 (Exit 64A) and Route 121/Greentree/Mt. Lebanon (Exit 67) interchanges.
Westbound I-376 remains open. PennDOT tells drivers to use different routes.
Originally, the right shoulder was closed on I-376 eastbound at mile marker 66.
It’s unclear what police are doing in the area. Traffic cameras show multiple police vehicles parked on the shoulder.
Eastbound traffic is backed up past the I-79 interchange.
