Police: Girl found crying, blindfolded on Adams Township road

ADAMS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police said they found a girl crying and blindfolded on an Adams Township road over the weekend.

Police believe the 16-year-old was assaulted and dropped off by a man much older than her on Evans City Road Saturday morning.

"We believe there might have been alcohol involved but will know much more once we talk to everyone involved," said Chief Bill Westerman of Adams Township police.

Police said the girl is not from the area.
