RANKIN, Pa. — Police were called to the scene of a shooting outside a home on Miller Avenue in Rankin early Wednesday.
According to Channel 11's Steven Fisher, 35-year-old Donald Jenkins was shot twice in the shoulder and once in the mid-section shortly after 4 a.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died. Neighbors tell Channel 11's Steven Fisher the home where Jenkins was shot belongs to his girlfriend.
"I heard a woman screaming after the shot," said a neighbor who did not want to be identified.
No arrests have been made.
