CARRICK, Pa. — Authorities are looking for the driver of a car who crashed into a home in Carrick early Wednesday morning and then ran away from the scene.

According to police, the driver somehow lost control of their car and slammed into a home on Linnview Street just before 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Channel 11’s Dave Bondy reported that the car was towed away from the scene a short time later, and it only caused a small hole in the wall.

Police are looking for the driver of the car, and they haven’t said if the car was stolen or not.

Officials said no one was inside the home at the time of the crash.
