Surveillance photos show 29-year-old Brittnay Chapman's last moments before being struck and killed by a car in Ellsworth.

Police said she had been at Rembrandt's Roadhouse before attempting to walk home.

Police said the car that hit Chapman didn't stop.

Troopers arrested Robert Lee Myers, 42, who goes by the name "Toe Head" after they said they got a tip about an erratic driver.

According to the criminal complaint, when troopers showed up to Myers' home, a woman who answered the door said, "Toe Head had come home drunk."

Police said Myers did not have a license.
