According to the criminal complaint, the girls, ages 13 and 12, reported a man entered their bedroom, took his clothes off and got into bed with them early Sunday morning.
"Somehow, an individual gained access to the residence. We do not believe it was forced, but he was able to gain entry,” City of Connellsville Police Chief James Capitos said.
The girls left the home and called for help. The girls told 911 dispatchers the man hugged one of them and began to touch her inappropriately.
Police said they found Callahan still in the bed naked. They said he was so intoxicated that he could not answer simple questions.
"He really couldn’t give any explanations as to why he was there or how he got in there,” Capitos said.
The girls later told police that they were alone at the time Callahan entered the home and that one of their mothers was away.
