"I got up.  I was still kind of out of it.  I looked out the window.  There was a large SWAT vehicle and cars up and down the street," said neighbor Donny Zarra.

When SWAT team members entered the home, four people were inside, police said.

Throughout the search of the house, authorities said they found narcotics packaging material, digital scales, cash and an unregistered gun.

During the search, Zachariah Swann told detectives he was a wanted person from state parole.

Swann, along with 49-year-old Lisa Miller and her 16-year-old son and were arrested.

Miller told police that Swann is homeless, but stays at her house with her son on occasion.

The juvenile was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Swann was charged with intent to deliver a controlled substance, paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and corruption of a minor.

Miller was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

A neighbor who lives on the street told Channel 11's Timyka Artist that she's surprised to hear of the charges because Miller and her son "were a good family."
