BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. — Police said a woman who pretended to be a staff member at a Butler County independent living facility stole cash from two residents.

According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at insidebutlercounty.com, the woman entered a resident's room through a patio door at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Jefferson Township Sunday night.

She took about $120 in cash. The next day, the woman returned and was able to get inside several rooms in a different building on the campus. She took $150 from a resident’s wallet.
State police in Butler are investigating. They are looking at surveillance photos as they try to identify the suspect.
