Port Vue man arrested after search warrant yields drugs, guns, cash, DA says

PORT VUE, Pa. — A man was arrested on Thursday after law enforcement executed a search warrant at a residence in Port Vue.

Devante Gardlock faces charges of drug violations, firearms violations and endangering the welfare of children.

The search warrant was carried out by officers from the Allegheny County District Attorney’s DANET Task Force alongside agents from the Office of the Attorney General.

During the raid, law enforcement seized approximately 14 bricks of suspected fentanyl and four guns, including one fully automatic rifle. Officers also recovered body armor, one vehicle and $2,050 in cash from the property.

Allegheny County District Attorney Zappala commended the collaborative response of the law enforcement entities involved in the investigation.

“This is a powerful example of the continuing efforts to impact the drug trafficking and violence surrounding it in Allegheny County,” Zappala said. “Our office proudly recognizes and extends its appreciation to all of the partner agencies for their collaboration in this operation.”
