PITTSBURGH — Primanti Bros. has partnered with a gourmet delivery startup, Goldbely, to ship the restaurant's iconic sandwiches nationwide.
A limited run of sandwich packs will be sold online to a national audience at Goldbely.com.
Each Primanti's party pack will include all you need for four Primanti sandwiches.
- 1 loaf of freshly baked Italian bread
- Choice of Primanti's fresh cut pastrami or capicola
- Provolone cheese
- Hand-cut french fries
- Primanti's coleslaw
- Red Devil hot sauce
- Two tomatoes
- Primanti's limited edition T-shirt
The cost of the party pack is $109.
Joe Primanti opened a cart in Pittsburgh's Strip District in the early 1930s. He stuffed his best ingredients into one sandwich so hardworking blue-collar workers could carry everything in one hand.
