PITTSBURGH — Protesters marched outside Gov. Tom Corbett's Pittsburgh office Wednesday, demanding that he put patients first.

The protest took place as UPMC and Highmark reportedly reached a settlement for handling patient care when Highmark's contract ends with UPMC at the end of the year.

Channel 11 reached out to Corbett and UPMC for comment. An announcement is expected to be made Thursday.
