PITTSBURGH — Online registration for the 2016 DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon will open Tuesday at 9 a.m.
More than 40,000 runners are expected to register for events throughout the marathon weekend, which is scheduled for April 29-May 1.

Events are planned for all ages and abilities including the DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon, FedEx Ground Pittsburgh Marathon Relay, UPMC Health Plan/UPMC Sports Medicine Pittsburgh 5K Run, Toyota of Pittsburgh Kids Marathon, Purina Pro Plan Pittsburgh Pet Walk and Toddler Trot.
