PITTSBURGH — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has delayed its plans to shut down the inbound lanes near the Millvale interchange this Saturday and Sunday.
PennDOT said the reason for the delay was that the contractor was unable to get enough materials to begin the project.
Next weekend’s planned closure has also been cancelled by PennDOT.
