COLLIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Officials are stepping up security at a local gym that was the site of a deadly mass shooting more than four years ago.
Channel 11 News found an increased police presence Tuesday night at the LA Fitness in Collier Township.
Officials said an officer will stand guard at the front desk for the next few days after a gym member allegedly harassed an employee last week.
Police said that member was later found with two handguns in his bag. No one was hurt and the man’s gym membership was revoked.
