PITTSBURGH — A few weeks ago, Channel 11 News reported on a bad accident on the Bloomfield Bridge.
A Channel 11 investigation uncovered the driver involved that day had just gotten out of jail for his role in another accident. That crash cost Robert Zidek his life back in 2012.

Now, as Channel 11's Courtney Brennan learned, the same suspect was just charged in another crime and is back in jail.
Anthony Marasco is accused of threatening to kill his wife after she told him she wouldn’t support him as he faces a judge for allegedly causing the car accident on the Bloomfield Bridge that caused another driver to lose his leg.
“He came to ask me if I would support him,” Nicole Marasco said.
According to Nicole Marasco, her estranged husband, Anthony, came to her house and said he was going to jail for hitting a man with his car. When she said she wouldn’t support him, he attacked and threatened her.
“I heard that switchblade open and he said, ‘I’m going to murder you,’” Nicole Marasco said.
Anthony Marasco is currently charged with causing the accident a few weeks ago on the Bloomfield Bridge where he hit another driver who was changing a flat tire. That driver’s leg was pinned between the two cars.
That was the second time Marasco was charged in a horrific car accident. He served jail time in 2012 for hitting and killing a pedestrian with his car.
“He needs to be stopped,” Nicole Marasco said.
Nicole Marasco said she hoped the charges from this latest crash put Anthony Marasco away for a long time.
“That family should have some rest or peace that he can never drive again. He should not have a driver’s license,” Nicole Marasco said.
According to Nicole Marasco, she filed for divorce several years ago, but Anthony Marasco won’t sign the papers.
