PITTSBURGH — SWAT units are at the scene of an incident in Perry North.
Allegheny County dispatchers said police were called to the area of Perrysville Avenue near Semicir Street at 9:03 p.m. on Monday.
A Pittsburgh public information officer said a female is refusing to exit a house in that location following reports of a domestic incident.
No one else is inside the residence at this time.
