FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa — A truck driver was hospitalized after his tractor trailer overturned on Route 40 in North Union Township Saturday night and spilled grapes all over the highway.
State police said the truck driver, Tyrone Davis, was speeding as he was coming down the mountain and lost control of the semi.
According to police, the truck then hit a jersey barrier and overturned, spilling a load of grapes on the road.
The road was closed while workers cleaned up the debris.
Police said Davis could face chargers in the crash.
