MOUNT LEBANON, Pa. — Utility crews were called to Ordale Street Mount in Lebanon late Friday afternoon where a tractor-trailer pulled down electrical wires.
Police said the driver was trapped inside the truck for a short time because of the live wires.
The lines have since been repaired.
